LOGISTICS OFFICER

Move with purpose. Deliver with precision. We're looking for a Logistics Officer who can ensure the smooth flow of products and operations across all branches — from inventory to delivery — while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and team coordination.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee the overall operations of the Logistics Department to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Supervise the movement of all stocks and products, both incoming and outgoing
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor deliveries to ensure completeness and on-time arrival
  • Coordinate with branch managers regarding stock requirements and inventory levels
  • Ensure timely replenishment and proper documentation of all deliveries
  • Liaise with technicians and maintenance teams for branch renovation or repair needs
  • Monitor and maintain the functionality of shop equipment, facilities, and logistics operations
  • Implement and uphold company standards and procedures in all logistics activities

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics or a related role
  • Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Strong background in monitoring, ordering, and delivery operations
  • Proven experience in supervising and managing a logistics team
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and leadership skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati
