Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
- Oversee daily recruitment operations and ensure targets, KPIs, and SLAs are met.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing skills development.
- Ensure the team maintains compliance with company hiring processes and documentation.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full hiring cycle for various roles, from rank-and-file to management-level positions.
- Oversee sourcing, interview scheduling, assessments, placement interviews, and candidate endorsements.
- Optimize recruitment workflows to ensure efficiency and quality of candidates presented to clients.
- Use data and analytics to assess pipeline health, hiring velocity, and lead quality.
Process Improvement
- Continuously review, update, and optimize recruitment processes to increase efficiency, improve lead quality, and ensure consistency.
- Identify bottlenecks within sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsement stages, and propose actionable improvements.
- Develop or refine SOPs, checklists, and recruitment playbooks to strengthen standardization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of assessments, interview guides, and candidate scoring tools, and recommend enhancements.
- Lead initiatives that improve candidate experience, hiring velocity, and recruiter performance.
- Benchmark industry best practices and introduce innovative recruitment techniques, tools, or automation.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the recruitment point of contact for clients, addressing hiring needs and providing updates.
- Conduct client intake calls to gather job requirements and ensure alignment with hiring strategies.
- Present candidate shortlists and provide recommendations based on assessments and client needs.
- Work closely with operations, HR, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
Systems & Tools Management
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking processes using Airtable (experience is a plus).
- Recommend and implement improvements to ATS workflows, templates, trackers, and automation.
- Ensure all records, assessments, and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
Strategy & Process Improvement
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality leads and reduce time-to-fill.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (LQP, time-to-fill, pipeline activity, etc.) and create weekly/monthly reports.
- Identify gaps, propose solutions, and lead initiatives that enhance the hiring experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to strengthen CEO Concierge's
Client Matching & Cultural Index
- Lead the client–VA matching process to ensure role fit, personality alignment, and work style compatibility.
- Interpret Cultural Index, personality profiles, and behavioral assessments to match clients with the most suitable VAs.
- Provide insights to clients on candidate strengths, communication tendencies, and behavioral patterns.
- Ensure matching recommendations are backed by psychometric data, assessments, and recruitment findings.
- Psychometrician certification is strongly preferred to enhance profiling accuracy and assessment credibility. hiring advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in recruitment leadership roles.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience (sourcing to onboarding).
- Experience hiring for both management and rank-and-file roles.
- Psychometrician certification or related background highly preferred.
- Experience interpreting Cultural Index or similar psychometric tools (DISC, MBTI, Predictive Index, etc.).
- Expertise in client–VA matching based on behavioral and work-style assessments.
- Familiarity with recruitment process improvement, workflow optimization, and SOP creation.
- Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented or agency environment is an advantage.
- Airtable or ATS experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be amenable to work at night
- Must have own working asset (Computer - Atleast i5 processor and 8GB Ram; Webcam; Noise Cancelling Headset)
- Must be amenable to working with time trackers (example: Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Clockify, Team Logger)
