About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC.'. In this full-time, virtual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the healthcare industry. With a focus on building strong relationships, you will be the key point of contact for all customer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions and updating customer records
  • Providing proactive support and offering solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide informed guidance to customers
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen, empathise, and resolve customer issues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly diagnose and address customer concerns
  • Proficiency in navigating and utilising customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
