The Opportunity: Condominium Sales Broker

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Licensed Real Estate Broker who specializes in the marketing and sales of condominium units. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales transactions, leveraging your license and market expertise to connect clients with their ideal property investments.

Core Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Drive the full sales cycle for condominium units, from initial client presentation and site viewing to closing and documentation.
  • Condo Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies specific to condo projects (e.g., digital campaigns, open houses, broker networks).
  • Expert Consultation: Provide expert financial and market advice to clients, including return on investment (ROI) analysis for unit rentals and resales.
  • Networking & Accreditation: Recruit, train, and manage a network of accredited real estate salespersons to expand sales reach, ensuring full PRC compliance.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all contracts, deeds, and PRC/DHSUD requirements are flawlessly executed for a smooth turnover.

Qualifications We Require

  • Professional License: Must possess a valid, active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Real Estate Broker License.
  • Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of verifiable experience in the marketing and direct sales of condominium units is highly preferred.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Strong, current knowledge of the Iloilo City real estate market, particularly the major vertical developments (condominiums) and key developers.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent command of both English and Hiligaynon (or other relevant regional dialects), superb negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Marketing Savvy: Proven ability to use digital tools (social media, CRM, virtual tours) for lead generation and client engagement.
