Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role located in Pasig. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties. Key responsibilities include consulting clients on market conditions, preparing and maintaining property listings, assisting clients in property showings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all legal and financial requirements are met. Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Brokerage and Real Estate practices
  • Proven skills in Sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Customer Service expertise, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
  • Understanding of Real Property laws and regulations
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Valid real estate broker license is required
  • Familiarity with the real estate markets in Pasig and surrounding areas
