Position: Broker's Coordinator

We're seeking a motivated Broker's Coordinator to support our sales team and assist in managing relationships with real estate brokers and marketing partners. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn the real estate sales process while helping drive the success of our broker network.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in enlisting real estate brokers and brokerage firms for accreditation under Megaworld Corporation Sales & Marketing TMN Cebu.
  • Help track transactions and activities of broker and client interactions.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to real estate broker partners.
  • Assist in organizing Product Knowledge Seminars (PKS) for accredited marketing partners and brokers.
  • Help facilitate sales generated by referrals from brokers and marketing partners.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving company targets.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Real Estate Broker (preferred but not mandatory; trainees welcome)
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Able to start ASAP
  • Willing to relocate within Mactan, Lapu-Lapu, Cebu
  • Full-time only
