The CCTV Compliance Specialist is responsible for monitoring and reviewing CCTV footage to ensure that all branch operations follow company policies and security standards. This role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in documenting findings and reporting observations to management.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct real-time CCTV monitoring of branch operations.
  • Detect and report unusual activities, security issues, or non-compliance incidents.
  • Review recorded footage to verify transactions and confirm audit findings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and submit timely reports of observations.
  • Coordinate with supervisors regarding follow-up actions or improvements.
  • Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of CCTV footage and records.
  • Perform other monitoring-related tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications
  • At least college level in any field.
  • Experience in branch operations, security monitoring, or audit is an advantage.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Observant, detail-oriented, and objective in evaluating findings.
  • Honest, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to perform shifting or field-based work if required.
