Roles & Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot Networking devices such as modems, routers (WAN / 4G LTE / 5G), switches, Access points, Wifi Extenders, IP Cameras, etc.
• Handle office inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Reporting / escalating product issues to Management.
• Ability to understand office’s needs & provide appropriate solution and attention.
• Ability to address office’s technical concerns on a timely manner.
• Deliver quality query handling services to assist the office in their request.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in knowledge checks and uptraining
• Operate, Installation, Troubleshot CCTV camera equipment..
• Weekly auditing of HDD to ensure completeness and effectiveness of recording materials.
• Conduct timely regular viewing of branch CCTV footage to monitor company policy and standards compliance.

Requirements:
• Knowledge networking devices like Router, IP cameras, Switches, Access points, Wireless Extenders, etc.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Proficient in all major computer Operating Systems - (Windows)
• Enthusiastic and communicative, pro-active and takes pleasure in giving higher-than-expected quality service.
• Must be a Team player
• Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills
• Must be flexible / able to work during public holidays
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Knowledgeable in basic parts and components of CCTV.
• Attentive, organized and with integrity.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
