Job Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our HR team and ensure all employee training records, certifications, and licenses are kept up to date. This role is key to supporting both blue- and white-collar employees, ensuring compliance with training requirements, and streamlining onboarding for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee data, records, and documentation.
  • Monitor and update certifications, licenses, and tickets in the system.
  • Prepare and track training records, reports, and induction schedules for new hires.
  • Assist with HR tasks, including organizing employee files and managing related correspondence.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure training requirements are met.
  • Keep track of expiry dates and ensure timely renewals of all training-related documents.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and reporting support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or training administration.
  • Experience handling both blue- and white-collar employee data.
  • Strong data entry, record management, and Microsoft Office skills (Excel proficiency a must).
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Australian HR/training standards is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to work full time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM).
