1. Network and Infrastructure Management

· Ensure stable and secure network operations across multiple sites.

· Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, and access points.

· Manage Fortinet firewalls (e.g., FortiGate) including policies, VPNs, and security profiles.

· Perform firmware upgrades, log reviews, and vulnerability mitigation across network devices.

2. VMware and Alibaba Server Administration

· Maintain and administer VMware virtual environments (vSphere/ESXi), including VM provisioning, performance tuning, and storage management.

· Monitor resource utilization and ensure high availability of virtualized servers.

· Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies for virtual infrastructure.

3. Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Active Directory Management

· Administer Microsoft 365 tenants including user provisioning, license management, Exchange Online mail flow, and Teams/SharePoint access.

· Oversee Active Directory operations, group policies, and domain management.

· Monitor and enforce security best practices and compliance requirements.

4. Hardware and Software Deployment

· Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.

· Handle OS imaging, driver installations, and enterprise software deployment.

· Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets and licenses.

5. End-User Support

· Provide technical support to staff both onsite and remotely.

· Resolve incidents related to applications, system access, network issues, and peripherals.

· Escalate and coordinate unresolved issues with vendors or senior IT personnel.

6. System Monitoring and Health Reporting

· Monitor server and endpoint health metrics: CPU, memory, storage, disk I/O, etc.

· Set alerts for critical thresholds and act on warnings before they cause disruption.

· Produce regular reports on system performance and availability.

7. PBX and Telephony System Support

· Maintain voice PBX systems and ensure uninterrupted telephony services.

· Handle IP phone setups, call routing, and voicemail configurations.

8. IT Documentation and SOPs

· Maintain up-to-date documentation of network topologies, system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

· Record all maintenance activities, changes, and incident resolutions.

9. Project Implementation

· Participate in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure and software projects.

· Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to implement solutions on time and within scope.

· Perform post-implementation support and review.

10. Continuous Learning and Process Improvement

· Stay current with emerging technologies, cybersecurity practices, and system management trends.

· Recommend improvements to increase system efficiency, security, and user satisfaction.

· Engage in certifications, training, or workshops relevant to the role.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
