Job Summary:
The Live Selling Lead will be responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of live selling events across platforms such as social media, e-commerce websites, and other digital platforms. This role involves overseeing a team of live sellers, creating engaging content, driving sales through live broadcasts, and enhancing the brand's online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Live Selling Strategy:
Develop and execute the live selling strategy aligned with business goals. Plan and schedule live events that resonate with the audience.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the live selling team, including training, mentoring, and ensuring a high level of engagement from hosts.
Content Creation & Planning:
Create engaging live content, including product demos, promotions, and interactive segments. Develop scripts and talking points for hosts. Interact with viewers in real-time, boosting participation through exclusive offers, giveaways, and responding to inquiries during live events. Set and track sales goals for live events. Adjust strategies in real-time to optimize sales opportunities. Oversee technical setup for live events, ensuring smooth execution across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Live, etc.).Ensure live events align with the brand's image, tone, and values. Collaborate with marketing for broader campaign alignment. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly during live events, providing feedback to product and service teams. Track KPIs (viewership, engagement, sales) and generate reports to evaluate the success of live events. Optimize strategies based on analytics.

- Experience: 2-5 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or live streaming sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with live streaming tools and platforms (TikTok Live, Instagram Live, Shopee Live, etc.).
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets through live selling.
- Creativity & Analytics: Ability to create engaging content and analyze event performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with product launches or promotions through live selling.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Experience managing influencer or talent collaborations and livesellers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
