Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with team members across the business to observe and document workflows.
  • Take comprehensive notes during meetings, demonstrations, and process walk-throughs.
  • Create well-structured, professional SOPs with clear step-by-step instructions.
  • Record or coordinate video SOPs using tools such as Loom.
  • Maintain a central, organised SOP library for easy staff access.
  • Regularly review and update documentation to reflect process changes and improvements.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all training materials.
  • Conduct interviews with staff and subject matter experts to capture essential workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SOP creation, technical writing, or process documentation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational abilities.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex processes into easy-to-follow instructions.
  • Proficient with tools like Google Docs, Notion, Loom, or equivalent platforms.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with business operations and systems documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in operations, administration, training, or process improvement.
  • Experience producing internal resources or training content.
  • Knowledge of instructional design or visual communication principles.
  • Basic video editing skills using Loom or similar tools.
