Key Responsibilities
- Partner with team members across the business to observe and document workflows.
- Take comprehensive notes during meetings, demonstrations, and process walk-throughs.
- Create well-structured, professional SOPs with clear step-by-step instructions.
- Record or coordinate video SOPs using tools such as Loom.
- Maintain a central, organised SOP library for easy staff access.
- Regularly review and update documentation to reflect process changes and improvements.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all training materials.
- Conduct interviews with staff and subject matter experts to capture essential workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SOP creation, technical writing, or process documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational abilities.
- Skilled at simplifying complex processes into easy-to-follow instructions.
- Proficient with tools like Google Docs, Notion, Loom, or equivalent platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with business operations and systems documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in operations, administration, training, or process improvement.
- Experience producing internal resources or training content.
- Knowledge of instructional design or visual communication principles.
- Basic video editing skills using Loom or similar tools.
