We're Hiring: Document Specialist (AdvisorLogic / SOA Production)

Location: Rosario, Pasig

Employment Type: Full-time

Department: Financial Planning / Admin Support

Position Summary: The Document Specialist will play a key role in supporting our financial planning team by preparing, formatting, and finalizing critical client documentation, primarily using AdvisorLogic. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong understanding of compliance standards, and proven experience in generating compliant and client-ready SOAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and produce accurate, compliant Statements of Advice (SOAs) using AdvisorLogic
  • Review and format financial documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Liaise with financial advisors to gather necessary client data and ensure correct document input
  • Maintain templates and documentation standards in line with company branding and ASIC compliance
  • Perform quality checks on completed documents before final submission
  • Manage document storage and version control across platforms
  • Provide administrative support to the broader financial planning team as required

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience using AdvisorLogic to generate SOAs or similar financial documentation
  • Strong understanding of the SOA process and related compliance requirements
  • Excellent written English and document formatting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with financial services industry terminology
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Desirable Qualifications

  • Background in financial services or paraplanning
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Financial Planning (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with other financial planning software or CRMs is a plus
