Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, and payroll/salary computation. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able to manage both people and processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (manpower request, sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring)
  • Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs and workforce planning
  • Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely hiring

Manpower & Employee Management

  • Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and productivity
  • Handle employee relations, concerns, and basic disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Assist in onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation

Payroll & Salary Computation

  • Prepare and compute salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll before submission/payment
  • Coordinate government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Maintain payroll records and reports

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee 201 files and HR databases
  • Assist in policy implementation and HR process improvements
  • Prepare HR reports for management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong background in recruitment, manpower handling, and payroll computation
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
  • Good communication and people-management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems
  • Experience in retail, manufacturing, or multi-branch operations
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to handle both strategic and hands-on HR tasks

  • Work Location: 747 Padilla St. San Miguel Manila
  • Schedule: Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
