Join a design-led, multi-disciplinary team delivering high-profile projects with international collaboration. You'll lead technical coordination from construction through closeout, ensuring design intent, code compliance, and quality standards are met on site. This is a full-time, onsite role based in BGC Taguig City

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate extensively with a high-profile Foreign Architect to align on project goals and design intent.
  • Review construction activities, field changes, and design modifications for compliance with specifications.
  • Track and enforce responses to RFIs/submittals from the Architect and ensure proper site implementation.
  • Evaluate shop drawings, mockups, and material submissions against quality and design standards.
  • Implement quality control measures across design and documentation; uphold brand and professional standards.
  • Prepare and submit periodic progress reports and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Director, Project Manager, Project Architect, and Foreign Architect.
  • Participate in site coordination meetings, site inspections, and factory visits.
  • Oversee project communications and documentation; manage timely issue resolution with external teams.
  • Conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and construction documents.
  • Prepare punch lists and assist in project closeout activities.
  • Monitor schedules, resolve conflicts, and coordinate timelines with stakeholders.
  • Address technical issues and ensure compliance with contract and project standards.

Essential Skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of architectural design, building systems, and construction methodologies.
  • Strong grasp of local and international building codes and regulatory compliance.
  • Proactive, independent work style with high accountability and ownership.
  • Proficiency in BIM (Revit) and construction documentation; familiarity with ID, EGD, and Landscaping.
  • Excellent client relationship management and clear, concise communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Registered Architect (PRC).
  • 10+ years of on-site architectural experience, preferably in multi-disciplinary and international settings.
  • Proven track record managing projects from documentation through closeout in design-led construction environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
