We are seeking a Senior Architect with 8–10 years of experience in high-rise and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership, and a collaborative mindset to oversee architectural design, project coordination, and site execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of schematic designs, detailed architectural working drawings, and shop drawings.
  • Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee architectural aspects of construction projects, ensuring alignment with design intent, regulatory codes, and BV standards.
  • Assist the tender team in preparing design schemes and evaluating contractor quotations.
  • Review and validate progress billing statements and contractor deliverables.
  • Prepare accurate as-built drawings reflecting site conditions and changes.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Mentor junior architects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 8–10 years of professional experience, preferably in high-rise or large-scale commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to be assigned to project sites as needed.
  • Commitment to sustainability, safety, and innovation.
