JUNIOR ARCHITECT

Position Title: Junior Architect

Project Location: Pampanga

Office: Batangas & Taguig

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

The Junior Architect supports the architectural design and documentation process for various building and interior projects. This entry-level role involves assisting with concept development, drafting construction drawings, creating 3D models, and coordinating with consultants and contractors. The Junior Architect works under the supervision of senior architects and contributes to the successful delivery of projects in compliance with design intent, technical standards, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of design concepts, schematic designs, and construction documents.
  • Produce architectural drawings, floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
  • Develop 3D models, diagrams, and renderings for presentations.
  • Participate in site surveys, inspections, and documentation of existing conditions.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and internal teams to support project development.
  • Research materials, codes, and building regulations as required.
  • Assist in reviewing shop drawings, samples, and submittals from contractors or suppliers.
  • Contribute to design presentations and client meetings.
  • Maintain project documentation and file management.
  • Support administrative and design-related tasks assigned by senior staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of experience in architecture or related internships.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
  • Basic understanding of architectural detailing, building systems, and construction practices.
  • Strong graphic presentation and visualization skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and willing to grow professionally.
  • Licensure is not required but progress toward licensure is encouraged.
