The Warehouse Staff (Seasonal Employee) is responsible for supporting warehouse operations during peak seasons or high-demand periods. This includes receiving, organizing, packing, and dispatching goods in an efficient, accurate, and safe manner. The role ensures that all products are handled properly, inventory records are maintained, and warehouse areas are kept clean and orderly. Seasonal warehouse staff are expected to work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loading and unloading deliveries of goods and materials.
  • Sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse areas.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment or delivery.
  • Conduct basic inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper handling of items to prevent damage or loss.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse at all times.
  • Follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Support other warehouse activities as needed during the seasonal period.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Preferably with previous warehouse or logistics experience (not required)
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when necessary
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if needed
  • Team player with good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
