Job Summary:

Warehouse Staff are responsible for handling various warehouse tasks such as receiving, storing, organizing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The role ensures that inventory is accurate, operations flow smoothly, and all items are handled safely and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities: Receiving & Checking

  • Receive incoming goods, materials, or supplies.
  • Inspect items for accuracy, quality, and quantity.
  • Record received items and coordinate with purchasing or inventory teams.

Storage & Organization

  • Store goods properly according to warehouse layout and guidelines.
  • Ensure items are labeled, organized, and arranged for easy access.
  • Follow FIFO/FEFO or other stock rotation methods.

Picking & Packing

  • Pick items based on delivery or production orders.
  • Pack goods securely to avoid damage during transport.
  • Prepare items for dispatch and assist in loading/unloading.

Inventory Management

  • Conduct stock counts and report discrepancies.
  • Update inventory records, logs, or system entries.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify supervisor of low or damaged items.

Safety & Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Follow safety guidelines and use warehouse equipment properly.
  • Report hazards, accidents, or faulty equipment immediately.

General Support

  • Assist in deliveries and transportation when needed.
  • Support warehouse supervisor in daily tasks.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Graduate / Senior High Graduate; vocational or technical course is an advantage.
  • With or without warehouse experience (training will be provided).
  • Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move items.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
