The HR Supervisor for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding plays a pivotal role in attracting top talent and positioning the company as an employer of choice. This role oversees recruitment strategies, manages the full-cycle hiring process, and leads initiatives to enhance the company's brand in the job market.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans for various departments.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Design and execute employer branding campaigns to promote the company culture and values.
- Partner with Marketing and Communications to create engaging content for career pages and social media.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events.
- Monitor employer review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor) and respond to feedback professionally.
- Lead internal initiatives that boost employee engagement and advocacy.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of Supervisory experience in recruitment and employer branding.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Familiarity with employer branding platforms and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
