Responsibilities:

  • Serves customers by upselling different products and meeting customer needs
  • Answers all customer queries and use necessary sales methods and techniques to increase the $ value of orders
  • Maintains good communication and working relationships with customers and other parties being dealt with for the best interest of the company
  • Helps to improve the product performance and marketability
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to the management
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications

  • Amenable to work ONSITE
  • At least 1 year of BPO Sales Experience is required
  • Must have excellent English communications skills with natural ability to connect with customers
  • Must be attentive to details and with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must know how to work under pressure, and demonstrates ability to take initiative
  • Must have strong planning, time management and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21, Php29,000.00 per month
