Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative to support our Central Luzon and Cebuterritories.TSRs are individuals dedicated to finding, developing, and growing both new and existing customers in their territory. This also includes inter-territory support, management and relationship building of all accounts with multi-territorial locations. TSRs are vital members of the dynamic Sales team here at Krayden Inc., whose foundation is anchored on teamwork, integrity, accountability, and a “can-do” attitude. This role requires exercising independent judgment to perform but not limited to the responsibilities summarized below.
*This position is local to the Central Luzon area. Relocation assistance is not available at this time.
Responsibilities and Requirement:
- Outbound communications to customers and prospects to identify needs and provide Kayden’s solutions. This will include interacting with both purchasing and engineering
- Responsible for trouble shooting complex customer problems, inquiries / service requests
- Respond to requests for proposals / quotes, regional referrals, blanket order requests, large order pricing / discounting etc
- Utilize customer profile data (SIC Codes, NAIS Codes, history, geographic region etc.) to target accounts with the greatest potential and match business fit with Krayden
- Probing of customer / prospect needs in order uncover sales opportunities
- Responsible building Brand awareness and promoting Krayden’s products and services
- Responsible for retaining sales in assigned accounts
- Development and implementation of Account Plans /campaigns to identify additional business with past purchasers as well as new accounts to penetrate accounts and secure greater share of customers supply needs
- Coordinate and execute special product offerings working in conjunction with the product managers to increase sales and vendor support
- Partner with Marketing, Tech support and other departments as necessary to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns within Territory
- Routine sales travel to visit new and existing customers, attend and participate in relevant trade shows
- Attend Krayden and supplier sponsored training
- Identify and properly qualify new business opportunities using available resources
- Execute timely preparation of all expense reports, budgets, and all other reports as requested by Krayden Managers, customers, and suppliers
- Perform duties to AS/ISO and applicable Accounting procedures and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of industry experience; Chemical Manufacturing or Distribution preferred
- Industry experience or knowledge in Electronics, Aerospace, Adhesives, Transportation, or Contract Manufacturing is highly desirable
- Proven experience driving successful sales results (sales growth year over year, improved customer retention, quantifiable business results, etc.
- Proven results (quantifiable, definitive plan, execution, and results) in providing value added service to customers
- Strong PC and computer software experience Microsoft word, outlook, excel, PowerPoint and CRM Software
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written

- Exceptional listening and probing skill
- Ability to lead, motivate and direct the work of others
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A background /knowledge of industrial distribution or chemical manufacturing is a plus
