Sales Coordinator

. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing Management or any business course
. Experience in food company industry is a plus

. With knowledge & experience in SALES, EXPORT and LOGISTICS
Responsibilities
- Communicate with business partners by presenting requirements, documents and overview of products to help generate leads.
- Facilitate in processing of sales orders and completion of delivery of goods.
- Gather and accomplish sales reports and other sales related data, such as promotions and merchandising / store visits.
- Perform sales analysis which includes performance and trends.
- Support sales team by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails, handling orders by phone or meeting customers face to face as needed.
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
- Collaborate with sales team in weekly meetings
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Developing and implementing logistics strategies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitoring of the release of goods for delivery and pickup, and returns or replacement of goods.
- Coordinating shipment schedules, managing routes, and negotiating with carriers for cost-effective transportation.
- Working with warehouse department, sales and delivery team.
- Resolving delivery-related issues and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
