Responsibilities

  • Communicate with business partners by presenting requirements, documents and overview of products to help generate leads.
  • Facilitate in processing of sales orders and completion of delivery of goods.
  • Gather and accomplish sales reports and other sales related data, such as promotions and merchandising / store visits.
  • Perform sales analysis which includes performance and trends.
  • Support sales team by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails, handling orders by phone or meeting customers face to face as needed.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales team in weekly meetings
  • Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
  • Developing and implementing logistics strategies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitoring of the release of goods for delivery and pickup, and returns or replacement of goods.
  • Coordinating shipment schedules, managing routes, and negotiating with carriers for cost-effective transportation.
  • Working with warehouse department, sales and delivery team.
  • Resolving delivery-related issues and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
