Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the executive calendar, prioritizing phone calls, gathering documents and reports to prepare for the meetings, including scheduling of meetings, confirming meeting and appointment. The main role of the Executive Assistant is to provide high level administrative support for the Sales Vice President and ensure that task initiated by the company are efficiently accomplished

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Vice-President with his/her duties listed below, ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Preparation of request to transfer to correct entity as per Lot Inventory Update Form (LIUF), lot purchases to request the uploading of lot to Acquired Asset entity
  • Preparation of liquidation report for the Account Payable Advances (AP advances) under the responsibility of the Vice-President
  • Preparation of replenishment report for all the Revolving Funds under the Vice-President
  • Preparation and Submission of Monthly Account Payable Advances (AP advances) Status of the Sales and Marketing Department
  • Maintain and organize confidential documents and files
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items

  • 2 years years experience

Educational Background

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major Major in Marketing Management

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Thursday - 7am to 6pm
  • Friday - 7am to 4pm

Work Location

  • Head Office - Lot 10A Purok 1 Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna
