Mandarin Translator

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate translations to facilitate effective communication between our company employees. This role requires close collaboration with site managers and higher-level operations personnel to ensure seamless communication across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely translations (Mandarin to English and vice versa) for verbal and written communications between company employees and Chinese-speaking contractors.
• Assist site managers and higher-level operations personnel with translation needs during meetings, site visits, and other interactions.
• Translate technical documents, emails, reports, and other relevant materials as required.
• Facilitate effective communication to ensure mutual understanding and collaboration between all parties.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in a translation role, preferably within the construction or related industry.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology related to the construction industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
