We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and can anticipate the needs of leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the CEO's emails, calendar, and appointments to ensure efficient scheduling and communication.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal use.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as needed to help streamline company processes.
Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (experience in a digital marketing or creative agency is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
