Alamang Production Staff

Perform manufacturing operations and processes of food related to sorting, cooking, washing, bottling, metal detection, inspection, packaging & assists in the finished goods dispatching. Follow predetermined procedures and take food safety regulations on board.

To ensure overall safe and proper operation of cooking utensils in the production lines, maintaining all food safety and quality processes.

In addition, focuses on Food Quality Manufacturing standards, Safety, Sanitation, perform total productive maintenance activities related to machine & equipment and plant/building.

Basic Requirements

Education and Training:

  • At least College undergraduate ,Vocational or high school graduate
  • With 6S familiarization & practice in the manufacturing shopfloor.
  • Familiarity in manual handling and storing finished goods.

Technical Requirements/Skills:

  • With experience in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Physical strength, ability, and fitness to lift & carry up to 27 kgs occasionally
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of inventory management.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience as a production staff preferably in the food industry
  • Food plant manufacturing experience.
  • Has knowledge and experience of Good Manufacturing Practices.
