Billing Assistant (1-year Project-Based)

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out external billing activities for Hong Kong Head Office with supporting documents and in compliance with contractual billing terms

  • Collaborate and follow up with different finance team members and business stakeholders for invoice preparation

  • Daily data entry work for up-to-date project status

  • Maintain a good filing of billing documents

  • Filing and other administrative duties

  • Ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent

  • 2 years of relevant working experience

  • Working experience in MNC shared service center is an advantage

  • Experience in Oracle or SAP is preferred but not a must

  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel)

  • Must be able to communicate well in English

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
