Job Title: Collections Specialist (Hybrid | Blended Support)

Location: JEG Tower, Cebu City

Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Tuesday to Thursday), 2 days WFH

Schedule: Night Shift

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Collections Specialist with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in B2C collections. This role involves handling delinquent accounts through email and chat support, with minimal phone calls. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping customers resolve their balances, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 120+ delinquent accounts (or at least 90 days past due).
  • Initiate and negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
  • Communicate professionally via email and chat, with occasional calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of accounts.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of B2C collections experience, preferably with a third-party collections agency.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience working night shifts and in a remote setup with excellent attendance.
  • Must have a conducive, secure, and private home office free from background noise.
  • Open to college graduates or undergraduates.
  • Familiarity with blended support channels (email, chat, minimal calls).
