Job Description

As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll collaborate with a Chicago-based team to manage and execute all payables processes efficiently. You'll ensure invoices move seamlessly through approval, maintain vendor accuracy, and help strengthen financial operations across borders-while gaining ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.

Salary: PHP 25,000 - PHP 30,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • High degree of comfort and fluency in English
  • Flexibility with respect to work schedule, with overlap during Chicago-based business hours
  • Ability to manage voluminous workloads
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High comfort level with technology, especially web-based software like Google Suite

Nice-to-Have / Non-Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in property management or real estate
  • Experience with Zendesk
  • Experience with an accounts payable management system
  • Customer service background

Your Daily Tasks

  • Work with existing Philippines and Chicago-based personnel to understand all business lines and contribute to organizational success
  • Efficiently organize and process inbound invoices and submit to managers for approval and payment through the payables system (Strongroom)
  • Assist in moving invoices through approval steps based on managerial needs
  • Research and provide additional information on invoices in the approval process or payments made to vendors
