Logistic Checker

1.     Properly accounts for, in coordination with the Production Supervisors the volume of frontload & backload products, crates, sacks.  To personally account for volume of backloads by route and per trip delivery Representative and helpers.

2.     Monitors the following items: empty crates, sacks and plastic bags & pallets.

3.     Organizes daily delivery monitoring and ensure with Warehouse / Logistics Coordinators and delivery personnel to load the right quantity and item type.

4.     Prepares outgoing and incoming truck load monitoring report every shift.

5.     Prepares work for filing (Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, Empty Crates Transmittal and Gate Pass)

6.     Prepares and checks daily Crates and Sacks retrieval stock reports

7.     Monitors and reports incidents of ice spillage inside the Production area

8.     Responsible in monitoring of delivery personnel good grooming in compliance with GMP

9.     Distributes truck checklist report of all delivery drivers and communicate with Motorpool Supervisor for any issue regarding truck damage or repair.

10.  Supports other Logistics functions when necessary.
