Overview

This role plays an important part in supporting the Velocity Invoice Processing service by ensuring client vendor invoices are sent to the RealPage physical address. The position is also responsible for promptly retrieving and processing invoices flagged as overdue in the Invoice Processing system, helping guarantee the timely handling of all client utility invoices.

Responsibilities

  • Collect required documentation from clients and/or the Implementations Team, ensuring proper authorization for vendor billing address changes.
  • Coordinate with the Implementations Team to obtain updated property listings for new clients that require billing address updates on utility vendor invoices.
  • Submit requests to vendors to update billing addresses to the Velocity address for new client properties.
  • Follow up with vendors for existing client properties to confirm address changes and ensure invoices are delivered on time.
  • Monitor the missing invoice alerts queue in the system and resolve outstanding invoice issues.
  • Ensure all issues are resolved within the department's defined service level standards (SLS).
  • Review and resolve problem items reported by clients or other Velocity departments through the shared mailbox.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of client billing address change status.
  • Enter invoice data into the department's system.
  • Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; intermediate knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and database applications.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • General office skills, including data entry, filing, email, and faxing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Php24, Php28,000.00 per month
