Are you a seasoned CSR professional with a passion for healthcare and helping others? We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and support a leading Healthcare/Medical Account.
Role Overview:
As a CSR expert, you'll be the frontline of patient and provider support—handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Willing and able to work onsite during night shift hours
- Minimum of 2 years CSR experience, must be in healthcare or medical-related accounts
- Proven experience in handling customer inquiries via calls, emails, and ticketing systems
- Open to a salary range of ₱25,000 to ₱33,000
