We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare/Medical Account)

Onsite | Night Shift | Competitive Salary

Are you a seasoned CSR professional with a passion for healthcare and helping others? We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and support a leading Healthcare/Medical Account.

As a CSR expert, you'll be the frontline of patient and provider support—handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Willing and able to work onsite during night shift hours
  • Minimum of 2 years CSR experience, must be in healthcare or medical-related accounts, and must have CLAIMS PROCESSING EXPERIENCE.
  • Proven experience in handling customer inquiries via calls, emails, and ticketing systems
