Assistant Real Estate Manager (Licensed Broker)

BGC, Taguig | Full-time, Office-based (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

We're looking for a Licensed Real Estate Broker to join us as an Assistant Real Estate Manager, focusing on property sales, client acquisition, and portfolio growth. This is a prime opportunity to work in a high-demand market, build strong client relationships, and contribute to strategic sales initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Promote and sell properties within the portfolio to qualified buyers and investors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, co-brokers, and industry partners.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing of sales transactions.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property valuations.
  • Ensure compliance with all PRC licensing requirements and real estate regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Real Estate Broker in the Philippines (PRC requirement).
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Real Estate Management, Business, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (high-value property real estate background is preferred).
  • Supervisory Management experienced is preferred
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-driven, professional, and able to work independently.
