POSITION : Intern / OJT

DEPARTMENT : Research and Sales Team

WORK LOCATION : BGC, Taguig

Education

  • Currently enrolled in college and pursuing Bachelor's/College Degree in Real Estate Management, Economics, Marketing or any business courses
  • An advantage if with relevant tertiary education in Real Estate and Marketing

Skills, Qualifications and other requirements

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
  • With own laptop
  • Knowledge in real estate industry is an advantage

(1) Job Description - Research Intern

  • Create property presentations and flyers
  • Create online property listings with photos and descriptions for our website and other property websites
  • Post our property listings on various Social Media platforms
  • Upload property listings to portal and other databases
  • Other ad hoc desk research tasks

(2) Job Description - Sales Intern

  • Responsible for getting leads from free and paid social media Platforms
  • Assist in screening listing inquiries
  • Tracking inquiries in database
  • Responsible for giving timely feedback to potential clients
  • Update listings/posting as necessary
  • Other Adhoc duties

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: Php300.00 per day
