Job Overview

We are looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent to act as the link between property owners and prospective buyers or lessees. You will promote and present properties, handle negotiations, and secure mutually beneficial transactions for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote properties through online and offline marketing to attract buyers/lessees
  • Handle accreditation with real estate partners and manage property listings
  • Assess clients' needs, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable options
  • Provide accurate details on property values, legal guidelines, and availability
  • Mediate negotiations between sellers/landlords and buyers/tenants
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on trends
  • Assist in preparing legal documents and addressing client inquiries

Qualifications

  • Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC license holder)
  • Proven strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Trustworthy, results-driven, and with a pleasing personality
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications
  • Social media savvy with excellent written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and project management abilities
