Job Overview

We are looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent to act as the link between property owners and prospective buyers or lessees. You will promote and present properties, handle negotiations, and secure mutually beneficial transactions for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

  • Assist property owners and landlords in promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers
  • Handle and process accreditation with other real estate industry partners
  • Advertise properties using a variety of marketing techniques, both online and offline
  • Assess clients' needs, budget, and preferences to suggest suitable properties
  • Provide accurate information on property details, legal guidelines, rates, and availability
  • Mediate between sellers/landlords and buyers/lessees, ensuring honest and professional dealings
  • Conduct market research to estimate property values
  • Present properties to potential clients and address inquiries
  • Assist in drafting and completing legal documents and other requirements
  • Generate and manage property listings based on client needs
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC license holder)
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Pleasing personality, trustworthy, and results-driven
  • Can handle multiple clients and transactions
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Computer literate and social media savvy
  • Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and project management skills
