Property Sales Manager

BGC, Taguig | Full-time | Office-based (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Licensed Real Estate Broker to oversee sales operations and expand our property portfolio. As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving deals, cultivating client relationships, and leading strategies that shape success in today's competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of premier residential and commercial properties to qualified clients and investors.
  • Oversee the full cycle of sales activities: prospecting, presentations, site tours, negotiations, and closing.
  • Strengthen and grow partnerships with buyers, sellers, co-brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the design and execution of sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts.
  • Track market movements, pricing trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with PRC licensing standards and all governing real estate regulations.
  • Mentor and guide junior agents or team members to boost performance.

Qualifications

  • PRC-licensed Real Estate Broker (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business, or Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (luxury or high-value transactions a strong advantage).
  • Background in managing or supervising a team is a plus.
  • Proven success in meeting or surpassing sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-starter, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
