Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taguig for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, marketing properties, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves managing property investments and assisting clients with bank financing and property loans.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Real Estate License
  • Proven skills in Customer Service and Real Property management
  • Experience in Real Estate and Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus
