Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering
- With at least 3-5 years work experience as Production Planner in food manufacturing or packaging industry
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledgeable of MRP- material requirements planning and other related software
- With strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Willing to work 6days per week from Monday to Friday
- Preferably living at San Pedro Laguna
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and calendar all the schedules and capacity of operations in accordance with the requirement of the clients.
- Utilized and maximize the use of the machines
- Make an analysis of the performance of each shift and machines run
- Review production plan and schedule with the Production Manager
- Plan and manage the required RM/PM per client and RM/PM usage of IQ
- Assist the operations (manager and supervisors) in monitoring the production plan to resolve any potential issues in a timely manner
- Perform other duties and activities that are related to production
