Supply Planner

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering or any related engineering courses
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in supply planning and production planning particularly in manufacturing industry
• Computer literate / MS office application proficient
• With inventory management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and can work well with others
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrating exceptional time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Description:

• Analyze and determine supply & production requirements based on sales orders and target inventory level.
• Track and monitor production performances of all plants.
• Close coordination with the plants regarding production & inventory management.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Participate in production and supply planning meetings to provide updates and discuss issues.
• Maintain accurate records of supply data, including volume, types, and quality of products. Prepare supply reports and keep management informed about supply/production status.
• Oversee inventory management and place orders as needed.
• Collaborating with operations, production and other supply chain department team
