Overview Identify and manage equipment parts, tools, and documentation. Coordinate manpower and resources for maintenance activities. Prepare and submit Work Orders. Process purchase/work requests and ensure material availability. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor min-max levels. Track maintenance history and submit timely reports. Respond promptly to customer concerns and minimize complaints. Enforce environmental, health, and safety policies with zero LTA. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance planning, preferably in heavy industry, cement, mining, or manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance planning, and reliability practices. Proficiency in spare parts planning, inventory management, and procurement processes.
