What You'll Do
Be part of our client's team as a Planner, where you'll take charge of scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management. You'll keep operations efficient, ensure smooth service delivery, and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business success.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Efficiency and productivity under any circumstances
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work with minimal supervision within set timeframes
- Competence in producing reports, invoices, and documentation
- Polite and professional phone manner

What You'll Be Handling
- Schedule technicians' daily tasks to meet customer requirements
- Plan and book PPM service and quoted works visits with customers in advance
- Manage the customer portal for issuing work orders
- Raise purchase orders to subcontractors for regional preventative maintenance and reactive work
- Create job lists with details for subcontractors to complete
- Forward work details to subcontractors and clarify their inquiries
- Follow up on subcontractor works aged more than 14 days
- Build strong working relationships with technicians and subcontractors by resolving issues collaboratively
- Monitor work-in-progress reports and minimize jobs overdue by more than one month
- Highlight underperforming technicians and subcontractors
- Optimize and manage technicians' workloads by assigning the required number of doors each day or week
- Drive revenue by planning efficiently, pooling jobs within areas, and limiting travel time for technicians
- Promote strong service margins by maximizing technician utilization and reviewing PO values before subcontractor assignment
- Perform other duties as required
