As a Planner, you'll be the central hub of coordination-scheduling technicians, managing service visits, and ensuring smooth workflows. Your role is vital in optimizing efficiency, resolving challenges, and keeping service operations running seamlessly.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Efficiency and productivity under any circumstances
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to work with minimal supervision within set timeframes
• Competence in producing reports, invoices, and documentation
• Polite and professional phone manner
• Keen attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Your Daily Tasks

• Schedule technicians' daily tasks to meet customer requirements
• Plan and book PPM service and quoted works visits with customers in advance
• Manage the customer portal for issuing work orders
• Raise purchase orders to subcontractors for regional maintenance and reactive work
• Create job lists with details for subcontractors to complete
• Forward work details to subcontractors and clarify inquiries
• Follow up on subcontractor works aged more than 14 days
• Build strong working relationships with technicians and subcontractors
• Monitor work-in-progress reports and minimize overdue jobs
• Highlight underperforming technicians and subcontractors
• Optimize workloads by assigning the right number of jobs each day or week
• Drive revenue by planning efficiently, pooling jobs within areas, and limiting travel time
• Maximize technician utilization and review PO values before subcontractor assignment
• Perform other duties as required
