Zapier Automation Expert (Workflow & System Integrations)

Milestone Solutions is consulting firm focused on building lean, repeatable systems. We specialize in helping growing teams automate manual processes and connect tools across marketing, HR, operations, and analytics.

We're looking for an Expert who can help design and build integrations that streamline how our social media, CRM, and reporting tools talk to each other.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain automated workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar tools.
  • Connect multiple platforms such as:
  • Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram)
  • TikTok Business Center
  • LinkedIn Pages
  • Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Gmail)
  • CRM and scheduling tools
  • Create error-proof automations that minimize human input and maximize data accuracy.
  • Set up notification and approval systems (e.g., Slack or email alerts for content approval).
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and document all automations.
  • Work directly with our management team to identify new automation opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building advanced automations in Zapier (at least 2 years or 50+ automations built).
  • Familiar with APIs and webhooks (you can connect tools that don't have native integrations).
  • Experience with business tools like Google Workspace, Airtable, Meta Business Suite, or TikTok for Business is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data flow, conditional logic, and system design.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with automation tools beyond Zapier (e.g., Make, Pabbly Connect).
  • Basic JavaScript or Python experience for custom Zapier code steps.
  • Understanding of CRM integrations or social media management automation.
  • Experience setting up access structures that protect client credentials.
