We're looking for a tech-savvy, creative Automations Specialist to design and implement smart, scalable workflows across tools like Airtable, ClickUp, Zapier, and Amazon Seller Central.

If you're passionate about AI, automation, and solving inefficiencies with elegant, data-driven solutions, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape how our teams and clients work.

About the Role

As our Automations Specialist, you'll lead end-to-end automation initiatives that enhance both internal operations and e-commerce performance.
You'll integrate platforms, develop custom Airtable systems, build AI-driven workflows with ChatGPT, and optimize reporting processes — all to make our systems smarter, faster, and more seamless.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience building and managing automations across multiple digital platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Airtable (custom systems, views, and automations)
  • Strong knowledge of Zapier, Make, n8n, and ClickUp
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and integrations (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
  • A creative, user-centric approach to system design and workflow optimization
  • Familiarity with App Script, JavaScript, or PHP for custom logic
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in Amazon operations or within an e-commerce agency
  • Passion for AI-driven innovation and automation strategy
  • Building automations for reporting, analytics, or campaign tracking
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, ClickUp, or Notion
