About the Role

We're looking for
a Payroll Specialis
t to join our growing team at CSV Now. This role is critical in ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with Philippine labor standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to support both payroll and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor employee timekeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Validate attendance, overtime, and leave records prior to payroll processing
  • Maintain and update accurate payroll and employee records in the system
  • Coordinate with the Accounting for accurate payroll reports and postings
  • Collaborate with higher management for payroll approvals and related requirements
  • Assist in Compensation & Benefits administration, including government-mandated benefits and employee inquiries
  • Handle sensitive payroll data and employee information with strict confidentiality
  • Support process improvements and perform other special assignments to ensure payroll accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Open to applicants with or without prior experience
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits is preferred
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheet and Excel)High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines

Work Setup:

Must be amenable to work onsite
near Ayala Business Park, Cebu City.
