Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inquire materials to suppliers
  • Generate purchase order
  • Generate quotation for client
  • Conduct Inventory of supplies
  • Generate delivery receipt for materials
  • Generate a Expense report for request of budget
  • Research of potential vendors
  • Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
  • Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Review order details (e.g vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php600.00 per day
