In this position, you will support the company's procurement by sourcing products and materials, which includes researching vendors, negotiating prices and placing orders all the while coordinating with the supervisors to ensure proper monitoring of stock levels. Strong Communication and organizational skills are essential and is a must in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching potential suppliers, obtaining quotes, negotiating prices and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
  • Keeping track of stock levels to ensure the company has necessary materials and products.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records of purchases, vendor information and inventory.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the purchasing process, such as invoices and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Efficient time and organizational management
  • Familiarity with purchasing terms and technical aspect as a purchasing staff
  • Literacy in various microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is preferred
  • 1-2 Years of experiences as a purchasing assistant is preferred but not required. this position is open for those who graduated recently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
